Impôts locaux : consultez les nouveaux taux de la taxe foncière dans votre ville

Presque partout en France, le montant de la taxe foncière flambe cette année, selon le dernier Observatoire national des taxes foncières, réalisé par l’Union nationale des propriétaires immobiliers (UNPI) que nous dévoilons en exclusivité.

En un an, entre 2021 et 2022, sur les 200 plus grandes villes de France, la hausse cet impôt local des propriétaires a ainsi gonflé en moyenne de 4,7 %. Et dans quatorze de ces 200 communes, elle a même bondi de plus de 10 % ! En cause ? La majoration légale des valeurs locatives, calculée au niveau national en fonction de l’inflation, mais aussi des décisions politiques d’élus locaux pour compenser notamment les pertes financières liées à la suppression de la taxe d’habitation.
