eDreams Odigeo (+2,54% à 6,47 euros), a specialist in online travel, listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange, believes it has completed an “excellent” first quarter ending June 30, 2023. Its Prime service, the world’s first and largest travel subscription platform, remains its main growth driver with a 47% increase in its membership, reaching 4.7 million in the first quarter of the fiscal year, for a total of 4.9 million members today.
eDreams Odigeo confirms its objectives for 2025, namely more than 7.25 million Prime members, an ARPU (average revenue per user) of approximately 80 euros, and a Cash EBITDA of over 180 million euros.
The Cash EBITDA more than doubled to 29.4 million euros, compared to 14 million in the first quarter of fiscal year 2023. The Cash EBITDA margin increased by an impressive 9 percentage points compared to the previous year. The Cash net margin amounted to 52.0 million euros (a 55% increase), while the margin increased by 10 percentage points year-on-year.
Revenue and Cash revenue increased by 8% and 5% respectively on an annual basis, following the successful expansion of the Prime membership base, as the sector moves towards more normalized seasonal models.
