However, not all municipalities have the same potential for investors. We have thus calculated the gross annual yield of a tourist furnished rental for 150 French seaside towns, thanks to exclusive statistics provided to us by AirDNA, a company that analyzes Airbnb and Abritel data. We compared occupancy rates, the average nightly rate on platforms, and of course the purchase price of the property… Discover all the results, from the most profitable locations to those where the financial equation ultimately proves to be much more risky.
