“We need to look forward now to coming back to the final of this cup, next season, and to understand that we will have to work even harder, to put ourselves in a better position to win even bigger trophies and achieve even greater accomplishments.”

“There is also disappointment in the dressing room, because we didn’t do the job for the fans who really deserved it,” he continued regarding his frustration at not being able to win the FA Cup trophy against City, despite a battling collective spirit.

“They really deserved it for what they did throughout the season for us.”
