PAS ENCORE DE CROISIÈRE a gagné trois fois depuis qu’il a rejoint Sam England et a semblé mieux que jamais en remportant ses deux derniers départs, bien soutenu en refusant de justesse un autre améliorateur à Carlisle la dernière fois et la paire s’est bien éloignée du reste. Il a encore augmenté de 6 livres dans les poids mais semble avoir été bien placé ici. Speak of The Devil peut être bien frais, ce qui peut donner à la sélection le plus de réflexion.
CROIX DE TONNELIER a confirmé la promesse de ses débuts de chasse lors de l’ouverture de son compte à Sedgefield la saison dernière, réussissant bien à décrocher un peu de pari après avoir concédé la première manche au finaliste mais s’étant bien cogné. Pourtant BOBBY REBONDISSANT n’a pas réussi à briller en quatre départs sur les haies la saison dernière, il est très intéressant sur une note modeste ici après une campagne productive sur le plat. Le vainqueur de l’année dernière, Headscarf Lil, fera sûrement une offre audacieuse pour organiser une répétition s’il est parfaitement à l’écoute après une absence de six mois. Elle est le deuxième choix devant Ralphy Boy Two, qui pourrait bien laisser derrière lui sa forme d’obstacles précédente maintenant lancée dans un handicap.
